At our local farmer's market, I had the pleasure of meeting Pooja, the founder of Urban Spice World. Full of passion, enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge in the world of freshly prepared Indian spices and her signature ready-to-cook meal kits.
Urban Spice World has a variety of meal kits to choose from, Dal Tadka, Pepper Chicken and Moonglet to name a few. Available online as well and beautifully packaged with step by step cooking instructions, included in each kit. Along with the meal kits, Pooja also has a unique variety of spice mixes and seasonings. I decided to give the 'Lemon Like', Lemon and Herb Garlic Salt Seasoning Mix a try and used this as a seasoning for a batch of Kale chips which turned out fabulous. Sure did tickly my chi and hope it does the same for you too.
